Unfortunately, there is no super food (yet) that has all the nutrients that people need. That is why it is necessary to have a varied, balanced diet, because it is never good if a type of food is completely out of the diet. Nowadays it has been a very fashionable to eat "free-foods". In fact, in many cases, healthy foods are used to identify foods and beverages that do not contain gluten, lactose or sugar. The main problem is that there is a lot of half-information, marketing, so we can easily get into a dead end, we have no idea where we should go in the maze of proper nutrition.

We would like to help you with our ZERO offerings made with gluten, lactose and sugar-free raw materials. An indispensable diet and supply for making your everyday life easier. You no longer have to give up on your favorite foods because of food allergies or food intolerance so far, and you don't have to think about recipes, groceries, cooking every day ...


For the sake of full nutrition, it matters how we substitute some of the food ingredients. It is important to know that the "free", of course, is not equal to the lack of flavors, and healthy ingredients. Among the many "free-labelled-food", we focus on the content of our food.


What's in it?


Our goal was to stay as loyal to the original taste as possible, so we developed well-established recipes and made the final recipes through many tests. Instead of gluten-containing ingredients, we use rice flour, chickpea flour, buckwheat flour, chestnut flour, gluten-free oatmeal, corn and tapioca starch and corn flour-based doughs.

Most dairy products are already available in lactose-free versions. By taking advantage of this, we can produce the same quality food as our traditional foods. To sweeten our foods, we use xylitol and a sweetener mixture which contains sucralose and stevia.

In addition to the listed food groups, we have also been more careful not to include sugar, lactose and / or gluten in the selection of other ingredients such as spices, meat products, syrups, and jams.

So ZERO is for those who want to have a good meal in their everyday lives, despite the fact that they dont have to ignore certain products in their diet.

However, it is important to know that the ZERO and traditional foods are prepared in the same kitchen, so we cannot exclude the possibility of cross-contamination with gluten!
